Nicolas is a seasoned executive with nearly two decades of leadership experience in the pharmaceutical industry. With deep experience in managing multi-million-dollar operations, M&A integration, and international expansion, he combines operational rigor with strategic vision to drive growth and innovation at Codis. Nicolas earned a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and holds an MBA from the McGill/HEC Universities.

Mike brings over 30 years of financial leadership to Codis as CFO. With deep expertise in strategic planning, operational finance, and growth execution across pharmaceutical, life sciences, and industrial sectors, he excels at supporting innovation with sound fiscal discipline and results-focused strategies. Mike is a CPA and earned a Bachelor’s degree in accounting from Michigan State University.

Steven brings over 20 years of director-level and above sales and marketing expertise in the pharmaceutical, medical device, and packaging industries. He is a commercially astute and results-driven leader known for high standards, industry expertise, and a dedication to meeting and exceeding clients’ objectives. Steven earned a Bachelor’s degree in materials sciences from Swansea University.

Chad brings over 30 years of leadership in pharmaceutical operations and technical services, from quality control to site general management. A chemical engineering graduate of the University of Kentucky, he excels at driving operational excellence, performance improvement, and large-scale manufacturing execution in regulated environments both in the United States and abroad.

Nick is a chartered Chemical Engineer with over 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.  He has extensive experience managing international teams across multiple sites in Europe, leading Engineering, HSE, Operations, and R&D. Nick earned a Master’s degree in Chemical and Process Engineering with a focus on Biotechnology from the University of Sheffield.

Rebecca is an accomplished pharmaceutical quality leader with over two decades of experience in cGMP environments. She has extensive expertise in quality control, compliance, and managing multi-site operations, skills she honed in progressive roles at major institutions. Holding a BS in Biology and Chemistry from Indiana University Bloomington and a PCQI certification, Rebecca brings rigor, insight, and integrity to her role as Vice President of Global Quality at Codis.

Mark is a seasoned sales and marketing executive with a demonstrated ability to drive growth strategies for global healthcare brands. With extensive leadership experience in commercial operations, he is poised to expand market presence, strengthen customer partnerships, and elevate brand impact. Mark holds a BA in Business Communication from the University of South Florida and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Jen brings over a decade of strategic administrative expertise to her role as Executive Coordinator at Codis. Based in St. Louis, she specializes in document and workflow management, excelling at streamlining executive operations with professionalism and efficiency. Jen attended the University of Missouri with an emphasis in Elementary Education.
