Our Haverhill facility features four manual label and pack lines, capable of handling runs from a single pack to approximately 15,000 units, providing exceptional flexibility for clinical trial materials, personalized medicines, and small-batch commercial production. We maintain a changeover time of under 60 minutes from the last vial of one batch to the first of the next, ensuring rapid response to shifting production needs.

Quality, Compliance & Security
Every labeling and packaging operation is conducted in alignment with global pharmaceutical regulatory requirements. This includes ensuring accuracy in dosage instructions, expiration dates, batch numbers, and other critical product details, all of which are managed by our in-house artwork team. Our qualified person (QP) release process adds a further layer of assurance, verifying that every package meets both Codis’ stringent internal standards and the regulatory requirements of the target market, including serialization and aggregation as requested. At the Haverhill facility, we also offer worldwide temperature-controlled shipping options, using both active and passive solutions to meet customer requirements. Our shipping process is Known Consignor Accredited, which allows us to air freight products without the need for an x-ray.
